Rich Baumgardner- Managing Member
Rich began Cutting Edge Installations, LLC in 1999, having been inspired to launch his own company after rising through the ranks at a local installation firm. With a solid understanding of the industry, deep product knowledge and an experienced team, CEI has grown significantly.
More About Rich
When asked what makes Cutting Edge different from its competitors, Rich points to his people, industry knowledge and willingness to think outside the box. He’s often approached about jobs by prospective customers, and his comprehensive responses put them at ease knowing they’re in good hands with someone who has done this time and time again, someone who hasn’t come across an obstacle he couldn’t overcome.
Rich spent time at Valley Forge Military Academy, Shippensburg University and with the US Navy. He’s an avid cyclist and has great passion for riding for causes, such as the MS 150. He enjoys his exotic pets and is a beekeeper and even a licensed skydiver. Faint of heart? Clearly not.
Stefani Weiss- Business Development
Stefani began working in the installation business in 1997 along with Rich at a local installation firm. She transitioned to Cutting Edge Installations in 2001 to help Rich grow the business. Today, she plays a key role in business development.
More About Stefani
Stefani is responsible for forging relationships with prospective clients and maintaining relationships with current ones. Ask her about her secret sauce, and she’ll tell you it’s all about maintaining open, frequent communication with prospects, clients and even crew.
Stefani graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting and film and a minor in psychology. She has a passion for the ocean, as well as canines and other animals. When she’s not watching a film or live theater, you may find her playing sports or acting as an energetic spectator at an Eagles game.
